Permaculture Sydney South is proud to have Mark Udovitch present this hands-on workshop on mushroom growing. Mark will guide you through the entire process of inoculating hardwood logs with shiitake spawn. You’ll learn everything you need to know to confidently create your own mushroom log at home.
Permaculture Sydney South welcomes casual visitors, so if you are not a member but would like to learn about growing your own mushrooms, we would love you to join us. There is a small $10 fee for casual attendance. The workshop is free to members.
