3 May 2014: Cheese Making Workshop

We’re having a cheese workshop this month to lear how to make soft cheeses.

This workshop will cover how to make:

YOGHURT, LABNE, PANEER, RICOTTA, HALLOUMI AND FETTA.

To get through all of this, will involve some participation on your behalf so please bring an apron if you are that way inclined.

We will be there during lunch time as it will be an ideal way to try some of the cheeses, so please bring something to eat and share.
