Session 1.
This series of Intro to Permaculture is presented on behalf of Permaculture Sydney South.What is permaculture? How did it start? How do you design your home and garden using strategies derived from permaculture principles.
For our first session, we will share our definitions of permaculture and discuss it’s origins. Yes, bring your own definition.
But most importantly, we will address in detail the design techniques to help make sense of the many options available in your garden layout.
Rather than randomly deciding what goes where, these tools will give you confidence in making the complex decisions for a sensible design that is harmonious and highly productive.
This session will be followed by a visit to Matt’s home (by those who attend this session) so that you can see the practical results of following these permaculture principles.
The session starts at 7pm sharp Tuesday evening 13 February 2024. All sessions are part of your membership. Casual attendance is welcome for a $10 fee.
